Returns Policy and Procedure

Here at Auto Parts Giant, we make sure that customers have a hassle-free return process.

If you have a core or part that you would like to return for credit, simply fill out the return request form found at link. Upon submitting the form, you will be emailed with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to proceed with your return within three to four business days. You may return products within 30 days of shipment for a refund or replacement. Once we receive your return, it may take up 30 days for your credit to show up on your statement.

For any returns, please make sure that the part is in good condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Auto Parts Giant is not liable for damage arising from improper packaging.

Please note that returns will be charged a 20-percent restocking fee so long as the returns are not directly the result of an error made by Auto Parts Giant. Furthermore, Original and Return freight charges are not reimbursable unless the return is a direct result of our error.

Lastly, please keep in mind that all returns are subject to inspection prior to the issuance of credit to your account.

Parts Not Returnable

Service manuals, CD ROMs, special-order products, custom-made products, and auto body parts cannot be returned for any reason. Electrical parts are not returnable if unsealed for any reason.

Refunds

Returns of parts or cores will be processed within 30 working days of our receipt of the returned item. Once we receive the core or part, we forward it to the manufacturer for approval. The manufacturer will then approve the return.

Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card you used to buy the merchandise. You will receive a "credit approved" e-mail the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take four to seven business days to post the credit to your account or credit card.

Warranty

Each product in our catalog comes with a limited 90-day manufacturer's warranty (unless stated otherwise). This guarantees that our products are free of material and structural defects, and will function perfectly under normal conditions. Should you find the product you ordered defective or incomplete, the warranty lets you return the product for replacement within the warranty period. The warranty, however, does not apply when the product is damaged due to misuse, abuse, alteration, normal wearing, and improper maintenance and installation. It also does not cover product removal and installation fees.

To return a part, just follow our return policy. Be sure to ship the part back with the Return Goods Authorization number and the original sales invoice; otherwise, we will not send you the replacement part or refund your payment. We process the shipment of the replacement part as soon as we receive the product you returned. If we do not have a replacement in stock, rest assured you will get a refund for the part within 30 days. Please note that the warranty does not cover shipping charges and is not transferable from the original purchaser.

Cancellation

Because we want our customers to receive their auto part/s as soon as possible, we process orders and send them out for shipment as quickly as we can. Thus, if you have placed an order online and decided to cancel it, call us at 888-311-5186 before you receive the Invoice-Payment Accepted e-mail. If you have already received the payment confirmation e-mail, it means your order is already being processed for shipment, and you would have to pay a cancellation fee worth 10% of your total order cost.

Orders placed between Friday 5PM EST and Monday 9AM EST cannot be cancelled, because they are processed during the weekend. The same goes for orders that have already been shipped from our warehouse by the time you requested cancellation. In this case, you just have to receive the delivery, follow our return policy, and pay the 20% restocking fee. Refusal of the merchandise shall result in a two-way shipping charge.
